Dental Implants

Dental implants are tooth replacement that looks and function like a tooth.

Dental implant is often first choice for replacing a single missing tooth.

Dental implant is a titanium post that is placed into the jaw onto which a porcelain crown can be attached to.  The main advantage of implants are they mimic real tooth, adjacent teeth are left alone and it preserves the gums and bone.

Replacing multiple teeth

When multiple teeth are missing at a site, implants can be used to form an implant support dental bridge.  It is much more comfortable and stable than a denture to eat with.

Are you finding difficulty chewing with your denture?

Does it move when you eat?

Are you avoiding eating certain foods?

Dental implants can be used to stabilise a loose denture.  When there is inadequate bone and muscle control to support a more traditional denture, dental implants are the next stage in gaining the support and stability for the denture.

By placing a number of dental implants into the jaw, we can anchor and stabilise a denture.  Most denture wearers are amazed with the results and comfort they gain.
